Trainings of the Future ‘Dealing with diversity’

With this project, we want to better match the training and education offered to the changing labour market. We focus on the relevant competencies needed to meet the increased demand for ‘soft skills’ in the current labour market. Based on research and especially on the results of the SCOPE competency forecasts, we focus on the following soft skills: 

• Coaching leadership 
• Interdisciplinary collaboration 
• Dealing with diversity
• Adaptive ability

We develop training packages and test them on a limited target audience, we adjust the training packages based on the testing and we examine how we can implement them in existing training courses.

As Beyond the Horizon, we are involved in the development and testing of training modules for ‘dealing with diversity’.
